1. Installation and Usage
You are entitled to install and to use the SOFTWARE on as many computer
systems as you wish.
2. Redistribution
You are entitled to create copies of the SOFTWARE and
(I.) redistribute a maximum of 50 copies of the SOFTWARE for free without informing
MKN Software.

(II.) redistribute 51 or more copies of the SOFTWARE or publish it as part of a
free online, print or other kind of publication, under the condition that you inform
MKN Software in advance.
or
(III.) redistribute as many copies of the SOFTWARE, for free or at a cost, as you
wish, under the condition that you get explicit written permission from MKN Software
in advance.

All rights that are not explicit offered by MKN Software, remain reserved. MKN Software
reserves the right to cancel any of the rights offered at any time and without further
explanation. MKN Software does not guarantee the continued availability or development
of the SOFTWARE or any parts of it.
II. PRODUCT-ACTIVATION
The SOFTWARE may contain routines that avoid you from using the SOFTWARE
after a certain period of time. After this period you may have to register your
copy of the SOFTWARE at the The M&K Network. Therefore The M&K Network provides
you a code against payment, the ACITVATION-CODE. You are permitted to use this ACTIVATION-CODE
at one computer-system simultaneously. Passing on the ACTIVATION-CODE is forbidden.
III. RESTRICTIONS OF USAGE
You are not allowed to use the SOFTWARE, if one or more of the following conditions
apply to you:

The last complete or cumulative backup on your computer-system, that enables restoring
all data that is saved on the system easily at any time, was performed more than
3 days ago.
In case of errors or loss of data on your computer-system the expectable loss amounts
to more than 1,000 US$.
You are using an operating system or a version thereof for which the SOFTWARE was
not designed.

If one of these conditions apply to you, you are not allowed to use, download, or
copy the SOFTWARE. If this is the case, delete all copies of the SOFTWARE from your
computer.
IV. LIMITATIONS
You are not entitled to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
SOFTWARE, unless (and to the extent that) applicable law explicitly allows this
regardless of these Terms of Use.
Apart from other rights, MKN Software reserves the right to revoke your rights of
using the SOFTWARE. In this case, it is your duty to delete all copies of the SOFTWARE
as well as its components from your system.
MKN Software distibutes the SOFTWARE in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT
ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of FITNESS FOR A PARICULAR PURPOSE.
Parts and components of the SOFTWARE may be in a development stage when released.
Install and use the SOFTWARE at your own risk.

by copyright of MKN Software. All rights are reserved.
Parts and components of the provided applications, images, texts or files may, under
certain circumstances, be protected by copyright of a third party. Information about
the copyright of these components is provided specifically.
VI. LEGAL FORCE
These Terms of Use are to be regarded as part of the SOFTWARE as well as
the website. If individual parts of these regulations should be ineffective, the
remaining regulations remain unaffacted in their contents and meaning.
VII. INFORMATION PROVIDED
MKN Software does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or quality
of the information provided. Liability claims against MKN Software which refer to
damages of a materialistic or ideal kind resulting for the usage or non-usage of
the information provided are generally ruled out.
All offers are non-binding and noncommittal. MKN Software reserves the right to
change the offers, in parts or entirely, without notice and to end the distribution,
in parts or entirely, at any time.
